Ngati Hine, Ngaiterangi New Zealander. Born April 1974. Second to youngest of five children. Raised in Hamilton. Attended Church College of New Zealand.

Former world number one squash champion, two time British Open champion, two time World Open finalist, Commonwealth double gold medallist, World Doubles champion, four time N.Z. national champion, multiple N.Z., Australian and Oceania junior champion, two time N.Z. Maori Sportsperson of the Year, N.Z. Sportswoman of the year, and honoured by Her Majesty the Queen as a Member of the N.Z.Order of Merit (MNZM). Retired from the professional circuit in 2002.

Married Blair Rorani in the N.Z Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mother of three children - six, four, and two. Expecting fourth child August 2010. Based in Wellington, New Zealand.
